一、个人简介

Israel Ausin,男,1974年7月出生于西班牙马德里。2004年在马德里自治大学获得植物学博士学位,2005年加入美国加州大学洛杉矶分校Steven E. Jacobsen教授(美国科学院院士, HHMI研究员)实验室进行博士后研究。2011年博士后出站后任职西班牙国家生物技术研究中心(CNB-CSIC)的研究员,2014年入职福建农林大学。2019年12月入职西北农林科技大学生命科学学院,任教授、博士生导师、植物染色质生物学课题组组长。


二、 研究方向

本课题组主要以模式植物拟南芥为研究材料,以组蛋白伴侣蛋白和组蛋白变体两类蛋白为出发点,综合运用分子生物学、生物化学、遗传学和各种组学的方法研究染色质结构变化与基因表达调控的分子机制。
