  RESEARCH INTERESTS:

Photosynthesis is one of the most fundamental biological processes on Earth. With the current global environment change and the intimate involvement of photosynthesis with carbon metabolism, it is of great significant to advance this field, for science and society. Using integrated approaches of genetics, molecular biology, biochemistry, cell biology and genomics, we are aiming to elucidate the mechanisms of chloroplast biogenesis and chloroplast responses to stresses in higher plants.
